Chi brings cross-sector experience in programme leadership, operations, and community development, having worked across the charity, public, and private sectors in the UK and internationally. She has led complex, multi-stakeholder programmes at organisations including IBM and Better Cotton, and is the Co-founder and Trustee of Sainted Roots, a grassroots development charity empowering rural communities in Zimbabwe.
A connector of people and ideas, Chi came to Cast from Clay driven by the belief that good ideas only create change when they are communicated with clarity and intent. She is passionate about helping mission-driven organisations find their voice and build the skills to get their most important work in front of the people who need to hear it.
Chi holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration and Public Policy and Management from Aston University.
